Delivery availability and charges

Available delivery destinations, shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before an order is placed. We dispatch confirmed orders to the delivery address supplied at checkout. Please check your address carefully before submitting an order.

Dispatch and tracking

Delivery estimates can change because of courier schedules, location or events outside our control. Where a courier supplies tracking information, we will share it with the customer after dispatch.

Delivery issues

If a parcel is missing, delayed or appears damaged, please email info@buddhamistore.com with the order number. For visible damage, keep the packaging and send photographs so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
